“Sage” on stage!

“Sage” wants to become a B-A-L-L-E-R=I-N-A!   She’s only eight; but knows clearly what she wants to be in life when she grows up.  She has a lot of passion for dance and studies all styles of dance from Praise dance, Tap dance, Ballroom dance, and more; but her real favorite of course Ballet.  Sage wins awards after awards,  trophies, certificates, and scholarships for her talent in dance.   So please don’t be deceived by her young age and mild manners; she takes it all very serious, but still enjoys it to the fullest extent.  Even at this young age, she seems to have a clearer sense of direction –than probably some adults.  So imagine her in eight more years when she’ll be 16  if she continues to polish and perfect her talent.

Is Sage a natural?  Among all the many positive things she has going for her– one strong element is her support system, which would be her mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother, godmother, teachers, and friends all who believe in her. Sage mom is her strongest supporter of course, who has without any doubt a strong commitment in developing all her children’s mind and talents where ever their passion or interest may lie…she commits all her energy in giving them all the opportunity to find out what they want to be through hiring tutors, finding mentors; paying expensive tuition–up into the thousands of dollars for schools; arranging for extra lessons; raising funds; finding scholarship programs; and other enriching programs like camps to make sure that their time with enriching things and not have a lot of idled time.  She helps them with their homework; attends school functions, PTA meetings; and keeps the line of communication open with teachers.

By nature,  Sage  is a warm spirited child, a pleasure to be around.  She seems to have a strong love for dance that extends back to her toddler hood listening to her mom talk about her daughter’s love for dance.  Her mom states. “even when Sage was three years old she use to say she wanted to be a Princess, Ballerina.  So yes, Sage is probably a natural; its in her genes; the love the arts is within her whole embodiment.  Her mom just provides the platform for her to develop and polish her passion then express that which is already which in naturally.  So she gets it natural.  Her mom entered numerous pageants and won; been a successful child star; and had a singing career for a good amount years.  And if you ever meet the her mom, you will learn she’s intelligent, well-versed on many subjects; and commits herself  fully to whatever she’s involved in.  She’s always juggling lots of projects; she has a creative mind; and always extending herself out to help people; and if that not enough, she’ll be working on her doctoral degree in sociology come this fall.  You might say young Sage’s loves for the arts, and talent is probably unavoidable; because it runs deep within the family.  Even Sage’s grandmother was once a singer in her day says Sage mom who talks fondly of what her mom instilled in her or what she learned from her mom– “like how to survive in the world; and by being entered in all those pageant taught her self-confidence, and a sense of self-pride.   Now young Sage is the benefactor of all those wonderful qualities.   So this page is for you young “Sage” on stage!
